Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email or whatsapp with a clear pictures of the damage and give us sometimes to file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, simply send an email to service@lecflow.com within 7 days of delivery. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email.

We have a 30-day return policy and 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive the item to request a return on a non-quality product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have sent the product, please update the tracking number to us and we will follow up the logistics. If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 48 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
